5th Anniversary of the Slovak Republic.
This 50 Korún silver coin was issued in 1944 by the First Slovak Republic to commemorate the fifth anniversary of its establishment. Struck in 70% silver, it features sharp historical engravings and holds significant collectible and historical value.
Obverse:
Displays the national Slovak shield along with the denomination “50 Ks” and the inscription SLOVENSKÁ REPUBLIKA (Slovak Republic).
Engravers: Anton Hám, Andrej Peter
Reverse:
Features a right-facing bust of Slovak President Jozef Tiso. The surrounding inscription reads:
VERNÍ SEBE – SVORNE NAPRED (Faithful to ourselves – United we move forward)
