    This vintage 10 Guaraníes banknote from Paraguay was issued in 1963 by the Central Bank of Paraguay (Banco Central del Paraguay) under the authority of the Republic of Paraguay. It belongs to the series authorized by Decree-Law No. 18 dated March 25, 1952, known as the "Value in Spanish on Back" issue.

    Obverse:
    Printed in deep red on a multicolor underprint, the front of the note features a portrait of General Eugenio A. Garay on the right, and the national Coat of Arms on the left. Serial numbers appear either at the lower left and right or at the upper left and lower right
    Text includes a legal declaration affirming its value and circulation within the Republic.

    Reverse:
    The back showcases the Puente de la Amistad (Friendship Bridge), a major international bridge connecting Paraguay and Brazil, with inscriptions in red.
