Obverse:The front of the banknote features a vibrant mix of green, purple, and brown on a multicolored underprint. A striking Black-throated Mango Hummingbird (Anthracothorax viridigula) is prominently displayed at the left center. Above, the Coat of Arms of Suriname is positioned at the upper center. The design also includes a stylized bug and ascending-size serial numbers for security.
